Bowel Control Challenges: From Nerve Sensitivity to Peer Pressure

Have you ever been forced to pee your pants, or at least poop your pants? My story is a bit different. I was born with a unique nerve sensitivity in my belly button, which can trigger an intense urge to pee if touched in the right spot. While I have not actually had anyone deliberately force me to poop my pants, I have experienced several embarrassing moments due to this sensitivity and other peer pressures. These experiences have taught me to be more cautious and to always carry a change of clothes.

The Nerve Sensitive Incident

It was about 15 years ago when I was visiting a coworker’s house and playing with his 5-year-old son. We were having a good time on the living room floor, all of us giggling. Then, the child said, 'Drill!' and used his finger to touch my belly button exactly in the sensitive spot. Instantly, I felt the urge to pee and tried to hold it. However, it was too much, and I ended up having an involuntary leak. The boy thought it was funny, but I went home early. This incident stayed with me, and I became much more cautious about such situations.

Wearing Jeans and Accidental Pooping

On an adventure day, I was wearing jeans instead of my usual skirts. We were near the end of the day, and there was a break for a meal. I needed to go to the bathroom but couldn’t find one. As the group got up, the shame of potentially wearing through my pants became too much. In the end, I did have an accident, and the sight of my wet pants was too much for me to ignore. I decided to stick to skirts and avoid situations where I might find myself in such a predicament.

Twin Brother’s Twisted Sense of Humor

Yesterday, my twin brother played a prank on me. I was at a sleepover with two other girls when we had to use the bathroom, but he teased me into holding it in. Eventually, the urge became too strong, and I burst my pajamas during a pee challenge. I was so embarrassed that I decided not to attend such sleepovers in the future. These incidents have taught me the importance of being more mindful of my personal habits and limiting my involvement in risky situations.

No Force, but Peer Influence

While I haven’t been forced to pee my pants, I have been influenced by my peers in various ways. From being bribed to peeing on a dare to being encouraged by others to hold it in, I have experienced many situations that threatened my bowel control. However, no one has had the intention to actually force me into it. These experiences have made me more resilient and to always be prepared for unexpected situations.

These experiences with nerve sensitivity and peer pressure have been both embarrassing and life lessons. Whether it's dealing with a sensitive nerve, holding it in for too long, or being influenced by peers, it's essential to be mindful of one's personal boundaries and to always have a backup plan.
