CSAB 1st Round Allotment Results: Personal Experiences and University Insights

Finally, I'm sharing my experience after a long wait, given the busyness of my JOSAA and CSAB counseling process. Let's get straight to the point:

NIT Hamirpur - My Confirm Branch and College

After my CRL (Category Reservation List), I chose the Civil Engineering branch at NIT Hamirpur. With my current CRL score, this became a secure choice for my upcoming four years of study. The NIT Hamirpur campus, with its beautiful surroundings, adds an extra layer of excitement to my academic journey. Here are some pictures of the campus; please enjoy them.

I am in this wonderful community of students and faculty, and I'm eager to explore the numerous opportunities that await.

Experience with CSAB 2 Results

Following the CSAB 2 results, my branch and college were confirmed, providing a sense of security and relief. This truly is a wonderful institution, and I am very excited to be a part of it.

General Category - IIIT Bhubaneswar IT

For those in the general category who received IIIT Bhubaneswar for Information Technology, I'd like to share some details. My CRL was 25002. Established in November 2006, IIIT Bhubaneswar is a relatively new and modern institute. Here are some pictures of the campus and the beautiful city of Bhubaneswar to give you a peek into the experience.

I wish to take this opportunity to remind all that I had a decent BITSAT score, which meant that I could have opted for BITS Goa. However, the allure of IIIT Bhubaneswar is too strong to resist! I may not be joining this college, but I can't help but fantasize about the Goa campus in the meanwhile.
