Training Period: The training period is three months at the ifly training center in Gurgaon. This period ensures you receive the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role. Age Limit: Fresh graduates should be between 18 to 27 years to apply for the ground staff position. Experienced ground staff can apply until 35 years of age.Waiting Period
For those who did not qualify in the first round, you will have to wait three months before reapplying. This waiting period applies to all candidates who were eliminated in the interview process. It allows time for improvement and another chance.
