For a firsthand experience, my recent journey from Delhi to Haridwar on the Rajdhani Express began with morning tea and pre-breakfast cornflakes and milk. Breakfast was served at 9 am, and I had opted for a vegetarian meal, which included parathas and a vegetable curry. Everyone received a banana, but I was quite full from the meal and did not consume it. The quality of the food was indeed impressive, with a focus on both taste and hygiene.
