My experience with Influenza B lasted for 3 days, but the aftereffects lingered for another 4 days before my fever broke and I began to recover. However, I want to caution others who might be considering pulling a similar trick and getting sick like me. I am different; I rebound quickly and rarely get sick to begin with. This is not a universal experience, and I wouldn't recommend others to reproduce my experience without proper medical evaluation and vaccinations.

This has meant dealing with a myriad of complications, including gastroparesis, chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction, inappropriate sinus tachycardia, LQTS, and adrenal insufficiency.
One of the most significant health crises I faced was a result of these conditions. Gastroparesis, a condition where the stomach empties itself slowly, led to severe dehydration and malnutrition. I was eventually placed on a PICC line and started on TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) for long-term nutrition support.
After leaving the hospital with this line, my recovery journey continued. However, about a week into my recovery, I found myself feeling extremely unwell, with a 103-degree fever, headache, body aches, and extreme fatigue. My primary care physician, after thorough testing, could not immediately pinpoint a cause, but the severity of my symptoms led to a trip back to the hospital.
To my horror, the tests revealed that the bacteria Pseudomonas had entered my bloodstream, leading to sepsis. Hospitalization and aggressive antibiotic therapy were required to combat this life-threatening condition. The road to recovery was long, but I am now feeling much better than before.

For individuals dealing with severe sickness, it's crucial to have a robust coping strategy. Some essential steps include:
